Summer Deals on Priceline.com

Roni and I love to travel together, but we don't have a lot of extra money to spend on vacations.

I've mentioned before my love for Priceline.com, and the companion website BiddingForTravel.com. PL is the best way to save money on hotels. (I can't remember the last time I paid full price for a hotel room!). Here are a few examples of the deals we scored this summer. Be encouraged, you can get the same deals with a little homework and patience! Here they are:

Hilton -- Kensington London (3 Star) $99/night. Best Price on Hotel Website: $210/night. We received a free upgrade to a 2 room suite by showing my Hilton Rewards card.

Sofitel -- Central Paris (4 Star) $129/night. Best Price on Hotel Website: $240/night

Westin -- Pasadena, CA (3 Star) $79/night. Best Price on Hotel Website: $138/night. We were given a corner room by showing my Westin Rewards card.

Marriott -- Dana Point, CA (4 Star) $120/night. Best Price on Hotel Website: $269/night. We were given a top floor, larger suite with ocean view by showing my Marriott Rewards card.

Omni -- Cancun, MX (Resort) $95/night. Best Price on Hotel Website: $169/night. Upgrade to upper floor by showing my Omni Rewards card. Received $270 in food credit by taking their 90 minute time share tour. Received a free breakfast and lunch on our last day at the hotel.

Even the pre-paid internet rates on hotel websites are much higher than Priceline, so don't waste your money friends!
